After becoming one of the world's leading productivity platforms, Microsoft Office 365 has now grown to over 300 million commercial users worldwide. With the addition of Microsoft Teams, Office 365 now includes 24 apps, 1,400 new features, and strong new capabilities that help strengthen communication, ensure security, and empower users through artificial intelligence.
Starting March 1, 2022, Microsoft will be updating its pricing model for all accounts. It's important to note that users should not have to make any changes to their accounts themselves; the new pricing will be reflected on future invoices after these updates go into full effect later in the year.
Microsoft is also adding additional support for audio conferencing within Microsoft Teams by introducing unlimited dial-in capabilities across enterprise, business, frontline, and government suites. Dial-in capabilities are a fundamental part of the corporate communications experience, and this new update takes a long-awaited step to introduce the feature in full with no supplementary plans or charges. With a robust suite of productivity tools, Microsoft is pushing forward and continuing to deliver reliable solutions that make today's hybrid workplace accessible for everyone no matter where they are or when they are working.
